Ingredients
8 Large Eggs
5 tbsp Mayonnaise
3⁄4 tsp Granulated Sugar
3⁄4 tsp White Vinegar
1⁄4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Fresh chopped Parsley
3⁄4 tsp HOLD THE PICKLE
3 drops Hot Sauce of Choice
Preparation
Step 1
Boil Eggs for 7 to 9 mins, then Cool and peel.
Step 2
Cut eggs length wise, remove yolks and place in a separate bowl. Save the egg whites to fill.
Step 3
Add Mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, black pepper, fresh parsley, HOLD THE PICKLE, and hot sauce to the yolks and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Use a piping bag or spoon to fill the reserved egg whites with the filling and top with a Sprinkle of paprika and HOLD THE PICKLE.
