Ingredients
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp HOLD THE PICKLE
1⁄4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1⁄2 tsp Red Pepper flakes
1⁄2 c Chopped Scallions
1⁄2 c Sour Cream
2⁄3 c 6 Cheese Italian Blend
1⁄3 c 6 Cheese Italian Blend for sprinkling
1⁄3 c Mozzarella
1⁄3 c Mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°C
Step 2
Melt cream cheese in a pot on low heat. Stir constantly.
Step 3
Remove melted cheese from the stove and add remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Mix thoroughly to spread seasonings.
Step 5
Add to a small baking dish and Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Step 6
Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
Step 7
Serve with Pita chips, Tortillas, bread sticks or your favorite cracker.
